Art Charges (if required): $95.00 (G) per hour

Custom-shaped Stress Relievers: Are available for min. 3000 units. Please call for details.

Cancellations: $32.00 (G) plus any art and production costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.

Claims: MUST be made within 30 calendar days of original shipment

Product and Imprinting Uniformity: Stress Relievers are crafted and imprinted by hand, with colors displayed in the catalog for reference. Actual item colors may vary, including matte and glossy finishes. Colors or design of stock items may differ slightly from one order to the next due to natural variations. Stress reliever density may vary based on material properties. With pad printing a consistent uniform imprint may not always be possible on each imprint. Some breakup may be unavoidable.

Less Than Minimum: $48.00 (G) charge for below catalogue minimums. Absolute printed  minimum is 100 units.

Overruns / Underruns: We reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity. Exact quantity requests must be received at time of order and will be invoiced $25 (G) per order.

Paper proofs: First proof is no charge. Any changes required will be invoiced at $18 (G) per proof. Signed paper proof is required before production can begin.

Production time: Normally 6-10 business days after art approval.

Rush Orders: Please call to confirm if rush service is available.  No changes can be made to order once submitted including shipping method or address.  Order must include all accurate shipping information and ship method.  Orders must ship UPS or Purolator In Canada.

Samples: Random sample orders totaling up to $15.00 (G) are available at no charge, with a valid shipper account number. Canada Post is not available.

Colour Match: $49 (G) per colour. On stress balls, due to the colour of the product influencing the colour of the ink, we cannot guarantee an exact match. In addition, the darker background colours will affect the brightness of the imprint. However, we will endeavor to match as closely as possible.

Typesetting: Straight line typesetting if required: $20 (G)

Shipping: All products are shipped F.O.B. the Douglasbridge warehouse in Calgary.  All orders are shipped prepaid and shipping charges are added to the invoice, unless otherwise noted on your purchase order. UPS and Purolator are preferred couriers. Split shipping fee is $12.50 (G) per location. Changes made within 48 hours of shipping must be submitted in writing, acknowledged by Douglasbridge and cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-Production Samples: Preproduction samples are $80 (g) and physical pre-production samples are also subject to shipping fees. Setup for production is $42 (g) per color, per location.

Terms & Conditions: First time customers require a credit card prepayment. Established accounts will receive net 30 day terms and a specified credit limit. Deposits can be paid by Visa or Mastercard. Customers who elect to pay their net 30 account by credit card will be charged 3% of the payment amount.
